Steidel brings more than 25 years of financial services experience, with a strong background in commercial relationship management, business development, and client-focused banking solutions. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships, helping business clients achieve their financial goals, and expanding State Bank’s presence within the communities it serves.
Prior to joining State Bank, Steidel served as a Business Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President at a multi-national Bank, where she managed a portfolio of large business clients and focused on deposit growth, credit solutions, and long-term relationship development. She has a proven track record of delivering results, including generating significant deposit growth, expanding client relationships, and consistently achieving performance goals.
Earlier in her career, Steidel spent over a decade at large multi-state bank in Indianapolis, where she held multiple leadership roles and earned recognition as a top performer. She successfully grew her book of business, developed strong referral networks, and demonstrated a commitment to exceptional customer service and team leadership.

Steidel holds a degree from Indiana State University and brings a well-rounded understanding of both personal and commercial financial services, allowing her to provide comprehensive guidance to business owners.
