ELIGIBILITY

The Lapel Grand Opening Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Madison County, Indiana, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. ENTRY CONDITIONS

PRIZE

Grand Prize (1):

One (1) 2026 Denago EV Nomad XL Street-Legal Electric Golf Cart.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,663.93. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution will be made except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize includes only those items specifically listed. All other costs and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winner is solely responsible for: All federal, state, local taxes, registration, licensing, title, insurance (if applicable), and any additional costs associated with prize acceptance or use. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for the ARV of the prize. Winner must pick up the prize at a location designated by Sponsor or arrange delivery at their own expense. Winner is responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to operation and use of the golf cart. Sponsor makes no warranties beyond any manufacturer-provided warranties.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its designee) on or about September 15, 2026.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must: Respond within five (5) days of notification, provide valid government-issued identification, and provide proof of Madison County residency. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner may be required to sign: an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, or Publicity Release (where permitted by law).

PUBLICITY
