One must be a mortgage or rental verification. Credit references may be a combination of trade lines, traditional or nontraditional credit. (Nontraditional credit limited to $1,100,000 loan amount). At least one borrower on the loan must have a valid credit score. Use the lowest of all borrower indicator scores lower of two (2) or middle of three (3) valid credit scores for each borrower.
