Do Not Call Policy

Policy For Maintaining a “Do Not Call” List
Approved by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of State Bank (the “Bank”) hereby adopts this policy to govern the actions of management, staff, and agents with regard to the legally-required maintenance of a “Do Not Call” list pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991 regulation (47 CFR 64.1200(d)) and any successor to that regulation.

Bank staff shall make a copy of this policy available to any member of the public on demand.

If anyone acting on behalf of the Bank receives a request from a residential telephone subscriber and customer that is to be placed on the Bank’s Do Not Call List, that person will place the subscriber’s name on the Bank’s Do Not Call List within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the request. Customers may send a written request to the Bank at 900 E. 56th Street, Brownsburg, IN 46112, e-mail the Bank at info@statebank1910.bank or calling the Bank at at (866) 348-4674. The request must provide the person’s name and the ten (10) digit residential telephone number that is not to be called.

A residential telephone subscriber’s request to be placed on the Bank’s Do Not Call List shall be honored for at least five years, unless a request is made by the person to have the number removed from the Do Not Call List. If a person’s telephone number changes, another request should be submitted to have the new number added and the old number removed from the Bank’s Do Not Call List.
