Deborah Weaver Appointed Vice President and Branch Manager of Lebanon Market
LEBANON, IN (July 24, 2025) – State Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Deborah Weaver as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Lebanon Market. This strategic appointment reflects the bank’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team and enhancing customer service across all markets.

Weaver brings over 20 years of banking and finance leadership experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as Branch Development Manager II at Centra Credit Union in Carmel, where she was responsible for team member development, coaching, and promoting branch growth through various market and community initiatives.
Her extensive background includes senior positions at Wells Fargo, where she served as Business Accountability Specialist in Corporate Risk Strategy, and as VP Regional Branch Manager at First Farmers Bank & Trust, where she successfully managed 10 branches and increased branch assets by 18% in one year through strategic community outreach and Chamber of Commerce membership.
